Please read , before coming to this clinic . This is going to be a long review, but only because I want to prevent what happened to me and my beloved cat, from happening to someone else. I will agree that the atmosphere is friendly and the people working there make you feel welcome, but there is one thing that I will not agree on - they are not professionals. I’ve been bringing my cat every year for the past 5 years in this clinic, which should make them well aware of her health status. A year ago we brought her in, because she has been having problems with her eye vision. At first we thought it might be because she is getting old , after all she was 13 years old , but the doctors reassured us that it wasn’t her age the problem. They said it was probably a cold she had while she was a little kitty and never got fully recovered. They said that it was irreversible and we should just make sure to keep all the objects in the house on their place, so that she doesn’t bump into things and hurt herself. And so we did. She went almost fully blind and stayed like that for almost A YEAR. During that year I started feeling a small ball on her stomach area. I brought her 2 times! 2 TIMES! To get it checked , they said it was probably nothing serious, but if it continues to grow, we should bring her back in. Well, it wasn’t long after that when she had her Vestibular disease sign. It was late at night, she suddenly wasn’t able to keep balance, her head twisted to the side and we rush to the emergency clinic in Frankfurt. They told us that her sudden blindness is because of high blood pressure and it could have been cured . They told us she had something in her blood, that was killing her red blood cells. They also told us that she has anemia. How did this clinic, that was our home pet clinic for 5 years didn’t find that out??? She was too weak to run too many tests and my kitty had to stay there, in a special bed, where she could receive enough oxygen ( she started having problems breathing ) for 8 NIGHTS , before she passed away, because it was too late to cure her. Now , having in mind that she was older , was it too hard to run more tests , when I brought her so many times to this clinic ? I will always wonder , if I went to another doctor to get a second opinion, before it was too late, would she be alive right now ? Which brings me here , crying writing this review , but I would never trust this clinic with any other pet ever again and you should rethink about it too.

Highly recommend this vet and its staff. Very kind and took their time with my dog. Very knowledgeable about travel to/from UK where I live (relocated). The vet was very patient with my boy who was anxious to take his deworming medication. Everything was great, looking forward to coming back in the summer.

This veterinarian prescribed homeopathy pills to my cat who had dysplasia. Also he wrongly diagnosed my cat having an issue with the left leg, whereas the X-ray and the later examinations in another veterinary office and orthopedic clinic showed dysplasia on the right leg. I can't think of a more incompetent veterinarian. I am just happy I have not trusted him and went to get other opinions, because I have seen that my poor baby cat was suffering every day, and obviously homeopathy pills don't help with anything but to twist your mind and make you believe you are making some difference. I will never come here again, not even to get my cat vaccinations!

We are completely satisfied with the practice! The spaying went perfectly, and Zoe recovered wonderfully. A huge thank you to Mr. Schumm – incredibly friendly, competent, and empathetic. You can immediately tell that he works with a great deal of experience and heart. The entire team is also fantastic and always takes plenty of time for each patient. We feel we are in excellent hands at all times. Highly recommended!
