Five stars for Dr. Kirsten König! I want to thank Dr. Kirsten König from the bottom of my heart. Today I was facing the terrible fear of having to have my cat Pfötchen euthanized. Dr. König cared for her with incredible empathy, calm, and expertise. Thanks to her quick and competent treatment, Pfötchen is feeling better again – and I was able to take her home with a huge sense of relief. You can immediately feel how much experience, heart, and respect for every animal this practice has. This combination of professionalism and genuine humanity is truly special. A very animal-loving veterinarian. We went to her with an emergency and arranged an appointment at short notice. Everything went smoothly. The consultation, check-up, and examination were exemplary. A dog greeted us at the gate, and we received a friendly welcome at reception. The vet is well-equipped and experienced. She handled our animals very well, and they felt safe and secure with her. Medication was pre-packaged for us on-site. We were able to pay for everything and take it with us. You can also pay by debit card there.

We were seen at short notice on December 29th, for which we were grateful. Our dog had a swollen, reddened foreskin. Unfortunately, the doctor very quickly and, in our opinion, in a very alarming way, suggested a tumor ("You have to be careful that it doesn't burst"). This wording caused us great anxiety. In retrospect, we would have preferred calmer, more nuanced communication and structured explanations of possible diagnostic steps and treatment options to better understand the situation. We felt the communication style was very direct, which might be appropriate for some. However, for us, this approach was very stressful in the situation. While we felt we received expert medical care, we would have appreciated more transparency and sensitivity in the communication.
