Truly great practice. Very straightforward, incredibly friendly, more than fair price, and the problem was immediately identified and resolved. Great team!

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Kleen's practice for many years and have always been very satisfied with her personally, as well as with her colleagues! Unfortunately, I have to say that since my last appointments with my cat, I no longer have a good impression of Ms. Gütschow. There were two separate issues, some time apart. In both cases, I felt neither heard nor advised. Questions were brushed aside or ignored. The way she handled my very peaceful and calm cat wasn't very kind either. She doesn't offer a general, brief examination, but it's still on the bill. A 10-minute appointment, an injection, and pain medication—bam, €60 excluding VAT. I have to work a whole hour to earn €74 gross. I'm used to a much more caring approach from previous vets, the rest of the practice team, and other veterinarians. Unfortunately, I just felt "processed," as if they just wanted me out of there quickly. The waiting room was empty. It's a shame; we'll be looking for another vet.
