We took our cat to the emergency clinic. Dr. Kütük took a lot of time, examined our cat thoroughly, and explained everything very kindly and competently. His loving way with our little lady was simply wonderful and noticeably eased her initial fear. A very empathetic veterinarian whom we highly recommend!

Yesterday was our first visit to the veterinary practice. Dr. Kütük and the veterinary assistant were so friendly and treated our dog with great care, taking an incredible amount of time for him. We felt very well cared for and immediately booked an appointment for his next vaccination.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Kütük from the bottom of my heart for his time, his help, and his professional expertise. He is sensitive, empathetic, competent, humorous, and always takes a great deal of time for both patient and owner! He doesn't do quick examinations, explains everything thoroughly, and always tries to find time, even outside of regular office hours! He is also passionate about tackling challenging and less obvious diagnoses. He is committed to finding a solution and helping the animal! I am very grateful and satisfied so far and feel that my cat Leila, who is currently undergoing treatment, is in good hands. Thank you again! And thank you to the ladies on the team as well!

After Dr. Opp took over the practice, we were initially a bit skeptical, to be honest. Changing veterinarians always involves some uncertainty, especially when you've trusted your vet for a long time. However, our concerns quickly subsided: Our cat felt very comfortable with him, which is the most important sign for us. Dr. Kütük handles animals with great empathy, calmness, and patience. At the same time, he comes across as highly competent and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The reception team is also very friendly, warm, and empathetic. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. We feel our cat is in very good hands here and can definitely recommend the practice :)

Ms. Opp couldn't find a better successor for her practice. We've been seeing Dr. Kütük since day one and can highly recommend him. He's very competent, sensitive, and empathetic. The team has remained the same and is, as always, very kind and friendly. Keep up the good work!
