I took my cat to this veterinary practice today because I wanted to get her fur trimmed. The welcome and friendliness were outstanding. However, the "new" cat haircut shouldn't look like this. I'm rather disappointed with the result. I can't wait to see her beautiful fur again. The cat has practically developed a bald patch. Above all, the cut and the way it blends with the head look awful. Next time, you should pay more attention to whether the haircut suits the cat or not. I have an unhappy cat who hides in the dark and won't let me see her.

Dissatisfied with treatment, service, and pricing; VERY UNFRIENDLY AND ANNOYED! We took our small Pomeranian to this practice for treatment but were very disappointed. Our specific wishes and concerns were not taken seriously; instead, we got the feeling that the staff were more annoyed than helpful. Treatments were performed that we hadn't requested and that, in our opinion, weren't necessary – without proper consultation. It was particularly disconcerting that the veterinarians refused to administer a simple deworming treatment themselves because our dog was "allegedly too DANGEROUS" – yet she is a tiny, friendly dog ​​who shows no aggression whatsoever and is simply timid. If veterinarians are afraid of such a small dog or lack the patience, we consider that highly problematic and unprofessional. Furthermore, the prices are very high compared to other practices and are disproportionate to the services provided. Overall, we feel neither well cared for nor understood there and will not visit the practice again in the future, nor would we recommend this practice to anyone.

I strongly advise against this veterinary clinic. I followed every instruction they gave me in order to obtain the necessary rabies and health certificates for my dog’s international travel. On August 14, I paid €150 and was told I needed to wait at least a month for the rabies certificate, which I did. When I returned on September 8 to collect it and receive the health certificate, I was informed they did not have the rabies certificate. The staff admitted they had wondered where the certificate was, yet never contacted the lab or followed up. Instead, they blamed the lab for a supposed mailing issue and repeatedly told me it was “not their fault,” even though as a dog owner I cannot contact the lab directly. Only after I pushed did they call the lab, who promised a digital version “at some point” and said the physical certificate would arrive in seven days—too late for my September 11 flight. To make matters worse, they issued the health certificate in German, despite knowing it was for international travel. I had to insist several times before they reluctantly provided an English version. The entire consultation took over an hour, during which my dog was extremely nervous (as any dog would be at a vet), and none of the staff seemed concerned about his wellbeing. It was clear that the staff cares more about themselves than the animals or the clients. Throughout the process, the staff were unfriendly, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. I did everything on time and as instructed. After my visit, I also read other reviews confirming my experience. The clinic’s lack of organization, communication, and responsibility has left me in a highly stressful situation, jeopardizing my travel plans. I urge everyone to stay away from this vet — this is unacceptable and I cannot recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, professional service.

I took my dog ​​to the practice for the first time today and I'm very satisfied. After calling, we got an appointment for the same day and were seen after only about a 10-minute wait. The entire team was very friendly and approachable, and the diagnosis and treatment were highly competent – ​​we'll gladly come back if we need to visit the vet again.
