Reviews
A very nice veterinarian who is primarily concerned with the animals' well-being rather than squeezing as much money as possible out of the owners. Our cat had a tumor in her mouth, and our previous vet had told us that it would need further examination and tissue samples. Dr. Neu immediately recognized what it was and didn't want to pressure us into a lengthy treatment that would cause the animal unnecessary suffering until it died.
We had a very positive experience with Mr. Pohle. Our pony needed emergency treatment, and even though our regular vet was unavailable due to illness, he stepped in without hesitation. A very competent vet who listens and takes you seriously. I am truly grateful and impressed by the very friendly team as well.
Even though the reason Dr. H. Pohle had to come was a sad one, his compassion, understanding, and the respectful way he treated my horse were a great help. A doctor with a heart, whom I can wholeheartedly recommend. So if I ever need a vet again, I'll only go to him.
We're taking our cat here for treatment. So far, we've had an absolutely positive experience. The practice is very comfortable, and our cat has always been handled professionally. The veterinarians have made a very good impression! Appointments can be made very quickly by phone, and you can conveniently pay by card on-site. Personally, I think the prices are more than reasonable; I'm used to significantly higher bills from my previous places of residence.
I don't know where to begin. This practice is awful!! Turning away a dying cat and labeling it "not receiving preferential treatment" is completely unacceptable! This older receptionist is unbearable for any caring pet owner and for sick, suffering animals!! We didn't even see the vet; he wasn't due to start work for another two hours. Please adjust the opening hours or at least include that information!! Apparently, neither animal welfare nor money is important, because we were also told we could go to Lautertal. Okay. Thanks for nothing!
