I had an appointment, but my cat's health deteriorated within a day, and she wouldn't have survived the night. I wanted to have her euthanized the day before the appointment. I was then told on the phone that the appointment book was full and the head vet had another important appointment and therefore didn't have even five minutes to euthanize my pet. I find this completely unacceptable. I will never go back to that practice.

My cat had struvite stones, and we immediately went to this "veterinary practice" to have him treated. He was in extreme pain and couldn't urinate, so it was an emergency! We were charged a lot of money for an ultrasound and the advice to come back for a check-up the next day. The following day, it was discovered that the cat was even worse off (what a surprise...) and that he should be taken to the Lautertal Animal Hospital as an emergency case! When we asked if our cat would be able to make the trip, the vet said she hoped so and that we could contact them by email... So, I strongly advise going directly to the animal hospital in emergencies, even if it's a bit more expensive. It's better than dealing with this concentrated incompetence and potentially causing your pet even more pain or further damage, simply because they aren't competent!

Unfortunately, there wasn't "time" to administer an injection to induce vomiting to a dog (mind you, suspected poisoning). I highly recommend the veterinary clinic in Lautertal; the staff is excellent and they help immediately, despite any "lack of time."
