A truly wonderful and competent veterinarian. Very reliable and trustworthy. She relieved our Barny of his suffering. It's simply admirable how calm and composed she is with the animals. A huge thank you and our deepest respect.
The vet is excellent, they helped us tremendously. However, the waiting time is extremely long – perhaps lengthy consultations and Q&A sessions should be proactively shortened (though I would also appreciate more consideration from patients when the waiting room is full).
Our cat tolerated her annual vaccination appointment well again today. Even shortly before closing time, Dr. Lautensack was in good spirits, friendly, and fully focused on the animal. She is empathetic; you're not pressured into anything. She does what's necessary—an experienced and competent veterinarian with a heart for both animals and people. The practice's prices are very reasonable; we've had some very bad experiences elsewhere. Thank you so much!
