It was our first time there and we were very impressed. They were incredibly friendly, highly competent, and, most importantly, they really focused on our dogs and took excellent care of them. Please keep up the great work!!!
I had to take my cat for treatment due to a urinary tract infection. He was diagnosed with acute kidney failure, but only after they performed all sorts of tests, only to then tell me it would be better to euthanize him, which they then did. The whole thing cost me 650 euros! A simple blood test would have been enough to determine that nothing more could be done for him, but then the profit margin wouldn't have been right! It doesn't surprise me at all that the animal shelters are full, given the rip-offs that are going on here.

The reception staff were very friendly, and we were seen promptly for our appointment. The reasons for our visit were taken very seriously.
