Wow, I'm very impressed! I called around 2:00 PM and explained my problem, and I immediately got an appointment for 3:45 PM that same day. There was a short wait of about 3 minutes when I arrived. The vet listened carefully and was very empathetic towards us and our cat. The vet tech was very gentle with our cat and calmed her down with her calm demeanor. We received excellent advice, and the cause was quickly identified. In total, we paid €59 and went home with peace of mind. The follow-up appointment is also scheduled promptly. A really great practice with an empathetic and cheerful team! Highly recommended! (This was my first time there.)
Absolutely friendly, competent, and caring veterinarian and team!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the treatment and advice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. 10 stars from me!
So friendly and so competent! I've been there twice now. I needed a last-minute appointment for an emergency – no problem. And it only costs half the price of other vets. I feel completely at ease here with my animals. I'm happy to drive 15 km for that.
Unfortunately, Ms. Fröhlich doesn't know the difference between puppy breeders from abroad and the Smeura. It's a shame that as a veterinarian, you don't know the world's largest animal shelter and the wonderful and valuable work that goes on there! Smeura houses over 6,000 dogs, and they actively promote animal welfare through education in schools and spay/neuter campaigns. In addition, the dogs are rehomed in partner shelters in Germany to avoid the cruel deaths in kill shelters. Our current veterinarian appreciates our decision to save the life of a rescue dog and not produce any more. After seeing our dog's Romanian passport (which mentions the Smeura), Ms. Fröhlich was anything but friendly to us and indirectly accused us of supporting the puppy trade. Dear Ms. Fröhlich, please google what the Smeura is and what great things it does for animal welfare ☺️
Dr. Fröhlich and the veterinary assistant were super friendly and helpful.
