Super nice people. Got a Saturday appointment "just" for annual vaccination for my pets because that was all my busy calendar had to offer. It was nice not to bend backwards to make it to an appointment during working week. Everything was explained in detail and I felt comfortable there. Vet and staff were gentle and nice to my frightened cats.

I cannot possibly give enough praise to Dr. Kleffner and her assistant. They were absolutely amazing during an extremely stressful situation with my cat. I honestly don't know what I would have done without their medical expertise, efficiency and kindness. Thank you to both of you!!! I recommend this veterinary practice without reservation.
