We took our horse to the Munich Airport Equine Clinic due to several stomach problems. Upon arrival, we were already prepared for the possibility of having to euthanize our horse. All the more remarkable, then, was the positive, calm, and confident attitude of the entire clinic from the very beginning. All necessary examinations were carried out, and a remarkable amount of time was always taken for us – whether by phone or in person. We always felt truly seen, heard, and understood. Within a very short time, we had a total of three hospital stays, yet no unnecessary interventions were ever performed: only what was truly necessary was done – and decisions were always made with our horse's best interests and well-being in mind. It was also particularly nice to see that our horse had access to a large paddock. Overall, we always felt that all of our individual needs were addressed – both professionally and personally. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to all the staff at this clinic: from reception and stable staff to the medical assistants and veterinarians. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and highly competent. This dedication and warmth are anything but commonplace and deserve the highest praise. Yesterday, we took home a significantly more stable, vibrant, and strengthened horse than we could ever have imagined. And we owe this entirely to the Munich Airport Equine Clinic. For me, this equine clinic is the best in the area – and has been for many years. We've been clients there for years and have always received the highest level of care. The entire team impresses with exceptional expertise, even in difficult cases. Even challenging situations – such as sedating donkeys, which are not easy to handle and generally considered difficult – were handled with absolute confidence. The dental treatment was also performed superbly. I would particularly like to emphasize not only the professional work of the veterinarians, but also their friendly, approachable, and empathetic manner. You always feel taken seriously and in excellent hands. The practice management is equally impressive: appointments are reliably kept, everything is superbly organized, and individual requests are always accommodated. Here, the highest level of professionalism meets genuine passion for animals. Outstanding care all around – highly recommended!
