Really empathetic and professional service. Our dog is a 60kg bundle of nerves when it comes to unfamiliar places and going to the vets. Realising this, the vet gave him his injections outside on the pavement so he would not feel "stuck".

I cannot recommend this lovely vets enough. All the ladies who work here are fabulous. They looked after my German shepherd dog whilst she was with us still, and now they take really great care of my cat, Nero. They gave me a really last-minute appointment for an operation today for my cat, and I cannot thank them enough for this. They really love the animals too, the vet is so, so concerned that the animal is never suffering and I love this - it's the sign of a vet who cares for the animal and their best welfare. They also speak great English! I cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars for the 5 star treatment you give the animals and the customer. 😻

My cat couldn't ever had a better doctor. So human and empathetic. I risked to loose my cat and she followed us with a great human patience. My Elenie 🐈 is a patient since we live here and I think she is thankful too

I recommand with all my heart ! I love how they were with my cat how they act and the professionalism ! You normally need an appoiment , i didn t have any but the girl from the reception help me really fast and easy i waited 25 minutes and they took my cat on the spot for that i am really greatful ! Thank you for everything 🩷
