Tierärztliche Praxis Dr. M. Viehmann

We first took our cat there because she'd gotten caught in some kind of machine, her whole hind leg was open, and we initially wanted to have her put down because we thought it would cost so much to fix, especially since she was just a local cat at the time. But Ms. Viehmann said it could be fixed, and the price was really reasonable. After that, we took our dog to other vets, but they were all more expensive and not as good at treating him. When we took the dog to Ms. Viehmann, he received excellent care. Even when he was in a car accident, we went to many different vets, but only Ms. Viehmann noticed that his cervical spine was affected and went to great lengths to get us appointments for further treatment of the fractures. She can sometimes seem a bit brusque, or she might grab the cat by the scruff of the neck, but she knows what she's doing and does a fantastic job.

This woman should have her business shut down. 1. She is absolutely rough with the animals. 2. If you want an urgent appointment, she has to plan two weeks in advance. 3. The injection causes bleeding. I do not recommend this woman; please look elsewhere. It's better to drive your animals further than to witness how she treats them. This woman is an absolute disgrace.

I went to this practice because we needed a last-minute appointment while on vacation. It was the closest and had excellent reviews, which proved to be true. I called in the afternoon and had an appointment the next morning. There was hardly any waiting time (we only had to wait until a woman with two cats came outside to bring in our two dogs), and the consultation and treatment were competent. Everyone was very friendly and handled my dog, who is very reluctant to go to the vet, with great confidence. And the price was absolutely reasonable. These vets aren't trying to make a quick buck. I highly recommend them.
