Reviews
A practice that deserves 5 stars. Highly competent, always friendly, and very kind to the animals. They take their time with sick animals and explain everything thoroughly. Thank you so much.
Our emergency veterinary clinic was excellent, and the X-ray facilities, friendliness, and expertise completely won us over. We can recommend this practice 200%. Thank you so much for everything.
The Hantusch veterinary practice is by far the best one could imagine and wish for their own pet, whether domestic or wild. Hantusch always listens attentively and gives 100% to every animal. Expertise and compassion come together here. If an animal needs rescuing, care, or even just a routine check-up, Hantusch is definitely the first choice!
We are very satisfied. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and takes their time with both pet and owner. The advice and treatment were competent and easy to understand, so we always felt well cared for. We also particularly appreciate the fair prices. Thank you so much for the wonderful service – we'll definitely be back! 🐾
The aforementioned veterinarian was on call during the night of April 5th to 6th, 2026. We were connected to this veterinarian twice. On the second attempt, we hung up immediately because the veterinarian was extremely unfriendly during the first call and deemed my dog's case not urgent, telling us to come back the next day at 8:00 AM. It's now 12:58 PM on April 6th, 2026. My dog had already been dead for approximately nine hours. The veterinarian stated that they don't wake people up for such a case. Thank you for this willingness to help. In my opinion, this is an unparalleled level of incompetence from a veterinarian! My dog's death was finally confirmed in Blankenhain by a compassionate veterinarian named Bähring. Thank you to the owner in Neustadt for causing my dog's death. I wish such charlatans a peaceful night's sleep! Close the practice immediately! A complaint for failure to render assistance will definitely be filed! Added to this post (April 8, 2026) after the veterinarian in question attempted to justify himself in a reply: The veterinarian's response will be refuted by the appropriate authorities. Why give this person any more favors so he can come up with another response and evade responsibility? It should be added that it is questionable whether the veterinarian in question, by referring to the reviewer's place of residence in his reply, is not also violating data protection regulations. These absurd statements aimed at shirking responsibility are simply disgusting.
