Today was our first visit with two of our four cats. We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. The vet took her time and explained everything to us thoroughly, as far as she could. We'll have to wait and see how things develop. We hope we can breathe a sigh of relief and that our cat's eye will improve. Our two cats were also very well-behaved. We'll have to see how things are in a week. We and our two cats would like to say thank you and look forward to the next appointment. Many thanks and see you soon from the Reichardt family with our two cats, Mülli and Schnurri.

A very nice man. Calm, competent, and attentive. My dog is usually quite tense around strangers. There was no sign of that with Mr. Müller. Thanks again for the quick help!

On Friday evening, I discovered a nasty wound on my cat, and hardly any vets were still open. I called and was able to come in about 45 minutes before closing time, and I was seen immediately. The people were incredibly kind and had a wonderful way with animals. I received lots of helpful advice. It was a huge help, and I highly recommend them. They also have a separate parking lot, which is fantastic because of the narrow streets.

One star because I was allowed to drop by spontaneously with a stray cat! Zero stars for the vet's incompetence! Diagnosis: Otitis (head tilt). Inflammation levels were high, and the cat was anemic. He received neither painkillers, anti-inflammatories, nor long-term antibiotics, despite my pleas! Only ear drops were prescribed! My request to have his ears examined with an otoscope was ignored! Had this been done, and his teeth also been thoroughly examined, the vet would have seen the numerous polyps in his ear and the painful FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions)! The cat was treated by another vet with painkillers, anti-inflammatories, and antibiotics and spent two weeks in foster care. Result of the treatment: The ear infection healed, and the cat gained weight. Since he was to be released back into the wild, he had a thorough, hour-long examination today, during which numerous polyps were discovered using an otoscope! The veterinarian in Neunhofen should have seen this if she had examined him with an otoscope. Numerous teeth now need to be extracted because they are crumbling due to the painful FORL condition, and his entire gum is inflamed! I paid a lot of money at this practice—for nothing!
