I've been very satisfied for 13 years. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly. My cats have always been well treated. Even in an emergency, the vet was available late at night and relieved one of my cats of its suffering. The price/performance ratio is really good.

For three years now, I've been taking my rabbits to the vet's office for regular treatments. I can even get same-day appointments. The vet and veterinary assistants are very friendly and dedicated to the animals. I highly recommend them.

The veterinarians and assistants are very friendly and compassionate, making you feel like your pets are in excellent hands. As a long-time client, I can only recommend the practice!

We are very satisfied. The doctors and assistants are very friendly, easy to deal with, and handle our dog very well. It's also always easy to get an appointment. Thankfully, we haven't had an emergency yet, but I'm confident we'd receive excellent care even in that case.

This review has been revised. Previously, I gave 5 stars and was very satisfied. We went there as a "vacation replacement" for our regular vet. The 3 stars are for the friendly veterinary assistant and the receptionist. We brought a blood test so the vet could get an overview of our cat's condition. We were immediately told we needed to feed a renal diet and informed that the food was only available at the vet's office. Our regular vet's opinion was that we didn't need to worry about her kidneys. Yesterday, we even went to the Ismaning Animal Clinic for a check-up to get a third opinion. There, too, we were reassured with the same results: no need for a renal diet. Therefore, we were very disappointed with the treatment afterward because we worried unnecessarily. Even in a phone call the following day, they said that renal food is the same everywhere, whether in stores, online, or through the vet. The main thing was to say it was only available at the vet's office. It's a shame, but we won't be going back.
