For emergencies and routine visits, 5 stars. I took Max (my cat) there with a very bad wound. It was an emergency operation, as it looked really serious, and was performed just two hours later. Unfortunately, he wasn't fasting at the time, hence the two-hour delay. The operation went well, and the follow-up examination/stitch removal was also great. So, thank goodness, everything went perfectly. However, since it was a Sunday, I had to pay more... €450. And €9.90 for the stitch removal. I would definitely come back for any emergency or even just for a check-up. Everything is done quite quickly, and the staff is really flexible. I had to cancel one appointment because Max is a rascal and couldn't be found. Despite that, they always responded very kindly and understandingly. Respect to you all 👍🏻💐🩷🌹🫂 A picture of the healed wound, the car, and a short AI video 🙂😅🤣☘️☘️☘️ And Max says thank you.

A disappointing experience – not recommended. I took my dog to this veterinary practice, but unfortunately, I got the impression that financial gain was the primary concern, not the animal's well-being. The treatment seemed superficial; the main thing was simply that they could say, "The animal was treated." Medications were prescribed without properly determining whether they were actually appropriate for the symptoms. What particularly annoyed me was that, as a dog owner, I had to do my own research because the diagnosis seemed questionable, and my dog was in more pain than she was getting better. Only after I returned to the practice and my suspicions were confirmed did I get a casual "Oops," and suddenly, they strongly advised against continuing with the originally prescribed medication. Unfortunately, by then, my dog's condition had already worsened due to the incorrect medication. Luckily, nothing worse happened, but it could have been very serious. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice. For me, trust in a veterinarian's competence and diligence is crucial – unfortunately, I didn't find that to be the case here. The problem could have been solved with a simple ointment, saving time, pain, and money. What a shame... truly. This is my second attempt, as my previous review was unfortunately deleted.

We feel we are in excellent hands here. The veterinary assistants and veterinarians are fantastic; they even call days later to check on our pets – perhaps normal after a dog's neutering, but also after a cat's conjunctivitis. Everything is taken seriously here. Our rescue hedgehogs were examined and treated, and we received patient advice. We are very satisfied.
