Tierärztliche Praxis am Fernmeldeturm

My cat, who is quite old by now, received competent and prompt help here. The same goes for my dog, who had a minor bite wound! All necessary procedures were explained and discussed, and the animals were treated with great care and empathy. We feel very well cared for here!

My dachshund Ernie was neutered in January at the veterinary practice Am Fernmeldeturm, and I had already been there several times before, both for routine appointments and for acute illnesses. Every single time, I was completely satisfied, felt I received expert advice, everyone handled Ernie with great care, and even when I got a little emotional during the anesthesia, I felt completely understood. I will gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Not recommended! The veterinarians have virtually no idea what they're doing. They don't treat the animals with any empathy; it's more like a routine procedure. After several incorrect diagnoses, a lot of money, and my pet's suffering, I went to a different practice. There, the cause was identified immediately during the first examination, something this practice failed to do even after several examinations. They can't even get decent X-rays when the animal is under anesthesia. If you want to save your pet further suffering and yourself a lot of money, it's best to go somewhere else.

Fantastic practice! The entire process runs absolutely smoothly, and the waiting times are pleasantly short. A big thank you also to the incredibly friendly staff who take wonderful care of both people and animals.

You can immediately tell how much the well-being of animals means to her. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and caring towards both my pet and me. You feel completely at ease and truly valued.
