The subsequent palliative care over a whole year was both compassionate and professional. Especially in difficult cases, I could always rely on this practice – even when others were at a loss, they worked diligently to find solutions. Appointments are available at short notice, even in emergencies, the practice is easily reachable by phone, and waiting times are usually pleasantly short. Our cat had an infected bite, and we were turned away from every vet we visited. On a whim, we simply went ahead and showed up, and we were incredibly lucky! Despite their limited time, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff at the practice saw us. The vet was professional and never once made us feel like we were there at an inconvenient time! The cat received excellent care, and we even got a free treat! At our follow-up appointment, we were called in right on time, and once again, we were truly impressed with the smooth process and the warmth of everyone! I had a dental cleaning appointment with Dr. Lipka today. In my 14 years as a dog owner, I've never experienced anything so good and professional ☺️ First, we had a detailed consultation to discuss everything that would be done under anesthesia. Afterward, I stayed with my dog ​​the whole time and witnessed part of the examination, including the insertion of the endotracheal tube. I found it all very interesting. Then, the dental work began in the back rooms. While I waited, the dental assistants were very attentive and offered me coffee, so I was well taken care of 😉 After the x-rays of her teeth were taken, I had another consultation with Dr. Lipka, during which she explained everything and outlined her next steps. Then, five teeth had to be extracted. My dog ​​woke up from the anesthesia very relaxed; she was covered with a warming blanket and given oxygen. The team was available to answer any questions. Finally, we had a thorough follow-up consultation. ``` Unfortunately, there aren't enough stars to give this practice, its doctors, and the entire team as much as they deserve.
