When my guinea pig, Tom, had surgery for a tumor, I received not only expert care but also honest and realistic advice. They never just "jump in" on treatment; instead, they always carefully consider what is truly sensible and in the animal's best interest – even if that means advising against further surgery. The subsequent palliative care over a whole year was both compassionate and professional. Especially in difficult cases, I could always rely on this practice – even when others were at a loss, they worked diligently to find solutions. Appointments are available at short notice, even in emergencies, the practice is easily reachable by phone, and waiting times are usually pleasantly short. When my pet passed away, I even received a personal condolence card – that touched me deeply. This practice comes with my highest recommendation. Please keep doing exactly what you're doing! 🫶🏻

I had a dental cleaning appointment with Dr. Lipka today. In my 14 years as a dog owner, I've never experienced anything so good and professional ☺️ First, we had a detailed consultation to discuss everything that would be done under anesthesia. Afterward, I stayed with my dog ​​the whole time and witnessed part of the examination, including the insertion of the endotracheal tube. I found it all very interesting. Then, the dental work began in the back rooms. While I waited, the dental assistants were very attentive and offered me coffee, so I was well taken care of 😉 After the x-rays of her teeth were taken, I had another consultation with Dr. Lipka, during which she explained everything and outlined her next steps. Then, five teeth had to be extracted. My dog ​​woke up from the anesthesia very relaxed; she was covered with a warming blanket and given oxygen. The team was available to answer any questions. Finally, we had a thorough follow-up consultation. ``` Unfortunately, there aren't enough stars to give this practice, its doctors, and the entire team as much as they deserve. Today we visited the veterinary practice for the first time with our cat, Stuppsi, and I was immediately impressed. The premises were clean and tidy, and all the staff were very, very friendly. Stuppsi wasn't entirely comfortable at first, but everyone took such good care of her that she patiently endured the ear drops and the cleaning. The staff even got some ear drops on them because Stuppsi kept shaking her head. And then she didn't want to go back to her bed! 🤭 I highly recommend this practice. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
