An absolutely competent veterinarian with both empathy and expertise! We took my mother's dog there, who is sensitive around strangers. She provided excellent advice and helpful referrals to other resources. Even though she couldn't directly help us, we were glad we went. We felt very well cared for. I would definitely go there again.

Unfortunately, my cat was diagnosed with heart disease in December. He was retaining a lot of fluid. So, diuretics and heart medication are now part of his daily routine. So far, so good. Then he got an infection, so I was going to the vet, Dr. Böddeker, almost regularly. She's a fantastic team who always keep a watchful eye on me, the helicopter cat mom. They put me completely at ease. Today, after many injections, he finally ate again. I'm incredibly proud and thank the entire team, especially Dr. Böddeker and Dr. Schöps, who did everything they could, even outside of regular office hours (emergency service).
