Tierärztliche Praxis Jasmin Rocha

Jasmin is a very empathetic and wonderful veterinarian who knows how to calm not only the animal but also the worried owner. Even during evening emergency shifts, she takes her time, explains everything, and is available for follow-up questions. She helped our pet with a stomach ache wonderfully and gave us great tips for afterward. Simply the best for our four-legged friend (and for us)!

Jasmin has been looking after me and my horse Conny practically since I moved from Hamburg to Cologne. If I remember correctly, that's been almost 10 years that she's been by our side. In my opinion, she and her entire team are among the very best veterinarians in and around Cologne. She always had a sympathetic ear but also spoke her mind clearly, and there should be more people like that. Here, the animal's well-being was always paramount, and that's how it should be. I thank her and the whole team from the bottom of my heart for their support over all these years. Jasmin was also the vet who helped me put my gelding to sleep at the end of 2023. Thank you.

The lower part of the review from a year ago remains, as the veterinarians at this clinic are not the problem. Nevertheless, I'm deducting two stars for inhumane treatment. I have never been treated as badly as I was today by the secretary, Ms. Ha*******, on the phone. It's a shame that such a great veterinary team has someone so incompetent on the phone. My seven horses have a new practice as of today. From now on, I'll be giving the five-figure sum I spent last year to someone who not only has competent veterinarians but also a competent secretary. The veterinarians are competent, arrive quickly, and, as far as is possible with veterinarians, are always punctual. I can recommend the veterinarians at Team Rocha for horses :)

For me, this is the best veterinary practice in the area. The ladies not only take their time with the examination but are also always available for questions, concerns, or clarifications. Jasmin and her team are outstanding veterinarians, both professionally and personally, and I am incredibly grateful to be able to walk this path with them. No matter what time it is, the ladies are always there for me ♥♥

Highly recommended. The veterinarians at this practice are very competent and friendly. They explain every step so that even a layperson can understand. They came all the way to Cologne especially for my two sheep in need and cared for them expertly and lovingly. They took their time and answered all my questions. The team on the phone was also always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice. Many thanks to all the staff. Thanks to you, the sheep can now enjoy their lives.
