I took my cat Loisl to the veterinary practice for the first time today. I'm so glad to have finally found a veterinarian with incredible empathy for both animals and people.

Both the medical care and the personal attention were outstanding – we felt completely at ease at all times. I've been taking my little Pomeranian, Coco, to Dr. Rahn for over four years, and I couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. Our first encounter was an emergency: Despite initially unremarkable ultrasound images, Dr. Rahn trusted both my instincts and her own intuition and performed emergency surgery on Coco on Maundy Thursday. Thankfully, because it turned out that Coco had a pyometra (uterine infection) and likely wouldn't have survived the weekend. Since then, I've remained a loyal and devoted Dr. Rahn patient. Coco is a very sensitive little dog, and I'm a rather overcautious dog owner myself—but Dr. Rahn is always understanding of that. She takes me seriously, listens attentively, and doesn't give up until the root cause is truly determined. I'd also like to emphasize the loving and empathetic way Dr. Rahn treats Coco—not just Dr. Rahn herself, but the entire team. With every visit, you can feel how much the animals' well-being is their top priority. We feel we are in excellent hands, both professionally and personally, and are very grateful to have such a dedicated and warm-hearted veterinarian by our side.
