Appointments were scheduled quite quickly :) We can bring our sensitive Labrador by anytime. Ms. Südhoff is very friendly, especially to animals.
The veterinarian is incredibly friendly and shows genuine interest in the animal's well-being. Both you and your pet feel well cared for at the practice. Highly recommended!
She's very nice and does a great job. Our Rocky was very happy after the visit and looked fantastic. He felt very comfortable. We'll be back! 👌🏼
100% recommended! A truly wonderful doctor; she even took the time late in the evening for us due to a minor accident and treated my dog calmly.
We had to have our dog euthanized today at the emergency vet clinic because he was very, very ill. Unfortunately, this already extremely distressing situation was made almost unbearable by the behavior of the attending veterinarian. I found the vet to be completely unempathetic. There was hardly any compassion, no calm explanations, and overall a very distant, almost indifferent approach to our grief. The euthanasia procedure was, in my opinion, chaotic and unnecessarily long. Several injections were given, many of them into his hip, even though our dog was lying still, not moving, and very weak. Based on my understanding, and after later consultation, euthanasia via the vein would have been possible and much gentler in his condition. Instead, the process dragged on for almost an hour. The final injection was given directly into his heart, which was very disturbing for us. In addition, important things were forgotten. We were not issued a death certificate, something we hadn't even considered in our grief. Later, they said that's what we were supposed to do – which made the situation even more difficult for us. To make matters worse, we were quoted a price of €200 over the phone and explicitly told that card payments were not accepted. We took the money with us in cash. On-site, the euthanasia suddenly cost €250, which we found very overwhelming in this already extremely stressful situation. We also perceived this as highly unprofessional. All in all, this experience was not only saying goodbye to our beloved dog, but also a disappointing and painful encounter with a veterinarian whom we found unprofessional and lacking in empathy. At a time when we longed for support, calm, and compassion, we felt alone and poorly cared for. Based on our experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this emergency service.
