Excellent vet. We've been going to her for years and would go back anytime. They did everything imaginable for our beloved German Shepherd. But we had to let her go to spare her further suffering. Kudos to the Tech family.

I called to get advice on the price of putting down a cat due to age-related deterioration and because they didn't want to torture it any further, and what the price would depend on, since the lady on the phone couldn't give me a price. They made me believe it was only about the price, that I would call every practice, and that was more important to me. I immediately clarified that I only knew they took cash and that I wanted to have enough money with me, and they continued to yell at me. Very unpleasant, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this practice. (I wouldn't give it a star.)

I was initially thrilled with the vet – a very empathetic and knowledgeable one at that. Unfortunately, it turned out that as a pet owner, you're not allowed to think, ask questions, or raise objections, otherwise you get reprimanded. It didn't matter whether you asked what was being administered to the animal, what it was for, or even about the prices. Blood tests take forever. They take samples on Wednesday and say you'll get the results by the weekend. In reality, with a lot of luck and repeated inquiries, you might get them on Monday or Tuesday. What a shame...

Mr. Tech made it possible for our Ronny to take his final journey surrounded by family and familiar surroundings. I am so infinitely grateful to him for that. While others only focus on the costs, Tech hasn't lost his humanity and empathy. Thank you.
