Our dog was in pain and we were able to come in right away. The team was very friendly and Rocky received excellent care. Therefore, 5 stars and we highly recommend this clinic.

Once again, the team was there for me and Luna. I was very worried and didn't have an appointment. Then, with Dr. Heinrich's help, everything went smoothly, and now I have a peaceful weekend because everything was sorted out. Thank you to the head doctor and the entire clinic team. 👏👏

I am very disappointed with the behavior of this veterinary practice. Today at 6:30 p.m. – even though the practice was officially still open – I called about an acute emergency. Our rabbit was bleeding extremely heavily. It was clearly an emergency – in such a situation, every second truly counts. We were immediately turned away and told not to even come in. In such a situation, quick action is crucial. If we hadn't managed to get through to our regular vet by chance, our rabbit would probably have bled to death and wouldn't have survived the evening. I find it absolutely incomprehensible how one can refuse treatment in an acute emergency when it's still officially business hours. Especially in emergencies, the animal's well-being should be the top priority. Very disappointing and incomprehensible to me.

Highly recommended! So kind to the animals, absolutely competent in her field! Sensitive in her interactions with people, even when things get difficult. Thank you!

I can absolutely recommend the clinic. My animals have always been helped, and the entire team is very friendly and patient. The vet, Ms. Plaß, in particular, does an impeccable job and always knows exactly what needs to be done.
