Poor english communication. For someone who go for tapeworm to enter the UK. It is not cheap.

So lovely and, above all, professional! We take our two cats there.

A lovely, clean veterinary practice. They were very friendly, patient, and gentle with me and my dog. I'm an English speaker, and I think the comment that rates the practice poorly because they don't speak English is silly. You do realize you're in Germany, right? It's not their obligation to speak English, but they do their best, and I personally appreciate that and their kindness. Not surprising coming from a Brit! Anyway, I highly recommend them. They're among the best practices I've been to.
