Absolutely dissatisfied. Our cat almost died in our hands because the vet simply didn't provide proper treatment. We took our cat to her. He had hot ears and was constantly scratching. It turned out he had various infections. They immediately gave him antibiotics and painkillers...and this went on for three days. During this time, the cat scratched his neck and throat until it bled and had trouble breathing...it was attributed to an antibiotic intolerance. Despite the scratch marks and our comments that the cat wouldn't stop scratching, they diligently continued to inject antibiotics. A blood test should have been done by the second day at the latest. But I don't go to the vet to dictate treatment. If you're out of ideas and the treatment isn't working, you should just admit it and refer him to a colleague who might have different equipment and therefore different options. After he almost suffocated during the night (massively swollen lymph nodes and adhered lungs), we went to another vet. There, they took him to an x-ray and drew blood. It turned out he had a food intolerance, and the severe itching was a clear indicator of an allergy, especially in conjunction with his breathing difficulties, inflammation, and extremely poor health. There, he was given cortisone, and within a few hours, he felt immediately better. In the end, it almost went wrong for him because no one listened. An absolute no-go! The price was also quite high. In the end, we paid almost as much for incorrect treatment on a whim as we would have paid at a vet who took his blood pressure, took an x-ray, and wanted a full blood count to determine exactly where the problem lay. We won't go there again. Unless they even listen to the owner, who knows his animal best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schmidt for many years. My experience shows that she always works with both heart and expertise. This helps avoid unnecessary or excessive prices. I would particularly like to emphasize the exceptional flexibility with which appointments can be booked.

For about 15 years, Ms. Schmidt has always been there for us with advice and help, whether it's about our cats or dogs. She is very competent and always handles our beloved pets with great care. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Schmidt for Emma's examination today. We were able to get an appointment at her practice because our regular vet was on vacation. The contact was very friendly and welcoming. We received expert and competent advice and care, just as one would expect from a veterinarian. Dr. Schmidt's staff were also warm and friendly. From this first visit, which is the most important first impression, I have nothing negative to say but praise. I am very happy that we were given an appointment so quickly, especially since that's not something to take for granted these days! I highly recommend the practice and Dr. Schmidt.
