Very experienced, likable vet. Great esp. With dogs. Will go again.
Today was my first visit, and we received a very warm welcome. It's the first time I've ever experienced a veterinarian taking so much time to listen and think about how she can help us. Harry and I felt very well cared for. A huge thank you for something no one else has been able to say to me before. Many, many thanks for what I hope will be a wonderful time with my animals... THANK YOU
Ms. Heinrich accompanied us on our journey with our Humphry for many years. We were always more than satisfied with her professional expertise and the friendly manner shown to us by the staff at the practice. Unfortunately, our journey together came to an end on December 15, 2025. Roland Schumm Dorothea Schumm-Vatter
Unfortunately, we weren't with Ms. Heinrich for very long as our Marley didn't make it. However, the short time we were with her was very friendly and accommodating. Even when we had to let him go, she was there immediately without any rush. She gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. Many thanks to her and her team; we felt very well cared for and can highly recommend her.
Today was my first visit as a new patient, quite spontaneously, with my French Bulldog. Unfortunately, I've had serious problems with my dog since she was a puppy, partly due to the breed. The staff at the practice were all incredibly kind, open to conversation, and exuded tremendous competence! (Which was very reassuring.) This vet was one of the first I've encountered who didn't make any hostile remarks about the breed. I felt completely taken seriously with all the ailments my dog has. Not for a single second did I feel like I was in bad hands; quite the opposite, in fact! Unfortunately, I've had to deal with several vets (including emergency services), and despite my dog's long medical history, no one was as empathetic, open to the breed, and truly professional as this vet and her team! This visit has resulted in me becoming a regular patient. :) A HEARTFELT RECOMMENDATION!! Thank you so much again for your time, the quick appointment, and all the passion you put into your work!!
