Tierärztlicher Hausbesuchsdienst Monika Heinrich

Yesterday evening (a Saturday evening, after 6 pm), I spontaneously went to the emergency clinic of Dr. Heinrich. She was very friendly on the phone and said we could come in right away. Once there, she was incredibly professional and empathetic. She knew exactly what to do and put me at ease. The patient was treated with great care, and we even received a lovely calendar as a gift. I highly recommend this practice. It was a lifesaver! ☺️

Unfortunately, we weren't with Ms. Heinrich for very long as our Marley didn't make it. However, the short time we were with her was very friendly and accommodating. Even when we had to let him go, she was there immediately without any rush. She gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. Many thanks to her and her team; we felt very well cared for and can highly recommend her.

Absolutely fantastic veterinarian! 🤗 She takes her time, answers all questions, and puts not only the owner at ease. The veterinary assistants are also very nice and friendly...we feel very comfortable. ☺️

Today was my first visit, and we received a very warm welcome. It's the first time I've ever experienced a veterinarian taking so much time to listen and think about how she can help us. Harry and I felt very well cared for. A huge thank you for something no one else has been able to say to me before. Many, many thanks for what I hope will be a wonderful time with my animals...
