Outstanding vet experience. We took our two dogs in for an annual check up, shots, and treatment for ticks. The cost was about $225 per dog. A tad higher than we expected, but the care and professionalism of the staff made it worth it. These folks are great! You can tell they love animals. Germany has a lot of ticks! We removed 3 ticks from our dog and put them in a baggie for the Vet to send off for free analysis. They have a relationship with a local research team that tracks Lyme disease.

If I could give less then one star I would. They're good at is blaming covid for not doing their job....asked them to look at my dogs eye..was told it was cataracts....it wasn't..it was an infection. She almost died. Pure laziness....plenty of time for talking about their weekend...Hofer over in Waldmohr saved her life ..and everyone there loves pets

The staff is amazing with my older dog who has some anxiety issues! They take their time and really try to find the route of the issues instead of masking it. Pricing is great and they refer off base if it's something above their level of expertise. Appointments do take 2-3wks to get in but otherwise, I am super impressed!
