She's just awesome. Cares for the animal. Prices are more than fair.
Excellent service. We can't complain
**We trusted you** It took us every ounce of restraint to not write this after your misdiagnosis. You failed terribly to assess our dog when he had a bump on his nose. We brought him to you twice and you said it was just a bump, yet to our own ignorance we never questioned you, we trusted you. You didn’t conduct a sample to see if it was cancerous, you said it was fine…we brought him in again you said he actually needed to see a professional, which you elaborated you weren’t qualified to handle. Two months later, we lost our dog to cancer, we brought him to you twice and you said it was nothing. You showed me in a book that it was nothing…yet you didn’t test him. We are without him now; he was only six years old. You failed to conduct even the most basic assessment to see if it was cancer. We trusted you, twice. The last time we brought him in you looked at me and crossed your fingers saying you hoped it would work out…here we are without him now because we trusted you…our job as customers is not to question your profession or your experience yet, that is exactly what we should have done.
Caring, professional, responsive staff and vet. Had a great experience with this office. Thank you for what you do.
Does what's right for your pet, not what's cheap. Super care for our dog. He feels comfortable there.
