Huge problem of compétences, communication, organisation and management... Plus Swiss price practices I brought my 11 years dog for a control in September. They proposed me to clean the teeth and make another Rhinoscopie ( it was already done by them in March 2020 for the same reason with no result). But the veterinary has a great idea about the reason of this chronicle rhinitis of my dog. What's happened? 1-They didn't know what should be done when I brought my dog on 06.10.2021: no communication internally between them. 2- They didn't have or checked the history of what THEY did to my dog on March 2020 for the same problem. 3- They never informed me about the cost of what they proposed to do. 4- They promised me to call me after the OP and didn't. I called them 2 times and didn't get any information how was my dog + they said they will call me back and didn't. 5- They charged me 817€ for the teeth cleaning and Rhinoscopie (small dog of 4kg). 6- I told them that I was not happy about all those points and I got a very unfriendly, unprofessional reaction. Just focused on money and didn't care about all other points mentioned. The guy just said: if you would be in Switzerland, you would pay more! 7-They promised me to send me few days later the results of the labor researches. . Today on 25th October, I still didn't get anything. Even not the copy of the invoice (on the day I had to pay those 817€ I could only give 794€ and sent the 23€ by bank transfer). Will not go there again. Luckily, my dog is still alive!
