Very friendly and considerate staff towards their animal patients. My little one is incredibly afraid of the vet, but they took this into account and did everything they could to ensure the examination could still take place as smoothly as possible.
Dr. Pürstl treats the animals with love and warmth. She is very competent and attentive, so she notices even the smallest things that the animal doesn't scream about, but which are still a burden. The animals' individual needs are taken into consideration. For example, my cat suffers greatly when she is stung, and so she receives premedication. What I also like is that she works with evidence-based medicine. I'd rather give my cats a snack than a placebo, as other practices force on them. Surgeries are carefully planned to ensure the anesthesia is as gentle yet adequate as possible. I would like to emphasize that Dr. Pürstl is an expert in dentistry and is one of the few in Vienna who offers dental x-rays. That's how we originally came to her, but everything else is wonderful too. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and you can even ask questions over the phone.
We have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Pürstl. For about 14 years, we've been taking our two cats to her for treatment. We wouldn't go to any other veterinarian. Dr. Pürstl truly cares about the animals' well-being, and we trust her completely. Just today, we were there with our cat, and as always, I was delighted. She explained everything to me in detail, precisely what was done to our cat (for dental problems), and even took the time to explain the x-rays to me thoroughly. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinarian as Dr. Pürstl.
