Tierklinik Dr. Hutter

I highly recommend the Dr. Hütter Veterinary Clinic! My dog was bitten on a Sunday. I called the emergency number and a few minutes later he was in the clinic receiving first aid from Dr. Vankat. My dog had a small operation the next day and in the following weeks I had to come to the clinic for check-ups. All the time the team was professional and welcoming, able to deal with my dog - who is usually scared and can be reactive - and with me as I was really nervous about the whole situation in the first days. I would like to thank Dr. Vankat, Herr Fast and the whole team for taking care of my dog!

My dog had a 2-3 centimeter wound. We asked for stitches. They provided a lot of excessive and unnecessary services. In the end, they charged us 727€. I was completely shocked. The service is awful. They use outdated methods for anesthesia. The dog had a high temperature after the injection and then she couldn't fall asleep for a long time. I have never seen that before, completely disgusting and cruel what they did. After the operation the dog was in a very bad condition, she was groaning and breathing badly. The dog has s***ed herself. They said that it is normal. It's not! You are just using cruel and outdated methods! Since we left the clinic, several hours have passed since the operation and the dog is still unconscious and can't walk properly. I live in Belgium, in Bruxelles. We have a very nice veterinarian clinic, a very high standard one, the staff and facilities they have all are very high quality and even they don't charge for enormous amounts like that. For the same kind of problem, a year ago, we paid approximately 250€. I am shocked at what they have done to my dog. I have never seen in my life that kind of cruelty towards animals. Please if you love your four-legged family member, N E V E R go there!

I am beyond grateful to this clinic for saving the lives of both my beloved dogs Winnie and Mielo. They are truly the best clinic I could ever recommend. The entire team was not only professional but also incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process. Their commitment to providing top-quality care and their attention to detail truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about your pets, this is the one. I took my dog to this clinic for an emergency to help him vomit. The treatment worked, but I was shocked by the initial invoice of over €700. After requesting a discount, it was reduced to €510, but it still felt way too high. The lack of clear pricing left me frustrated and disappointed.

Honestly, these are the most caring vets I've ever seen. Dr. Zechner here is truly the most attentive veterinarian, such attention to detail and true loving care. Lovely location in the cottages as well.
