An excellent vet! Dr. Berger, Dr. Zulehner and the assistant were friendly, competent and compassionate. Our first experience here: We brought our small dog to remove broken teeth which our regular vet couldn't remove herself and we were so pleased with how our dog was cared for here. The procedure and recovery went smoothly with no complications. We also received very helpful advice for protecting our dog's teeth in the future, which shows that she really cares. Hopefully we won't have anymore emergencies like this or worse but if we do we will definitely put our trust in these vets again. We will absolutely bring our dogs for general veterinary care as well.

We visited this veterinarian three times with our elderly dog when our regular doctor was not available. The last time, our dog developed a sudden limp and appeared to be in pain when walking. We brought him in, and without even looking at his foot, told us that he was experiencing the impact of aging and this ataxia was a result of a neurodegenerative process. I asked them to at least inspect the paw, and they did a cursory inspection and didn't find anything. We did several hundred dollars worth of injections and treatments and took him home for the weekend where he continued to be in pain. On Monday we took him to our regular doctor who found a shard of plastic deeply embedded in his paw. We were really disappointed that we spent the weekend believing he was nearing the end, our dog was in acute pain, and spent hundred of dollars. I would not recommend this doctor for your pet if they are elderly.

Our dog Paddy became ill as soon as I can home. My wife called the clinic and got us in for an appointment right away. The office is nice and clean but most importantly the staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Not the first time we have gone to this clinic and it is the same level of service every time we go and our pets care/need are met evertime.

I have been at this clinic for a few years with all my cats and the service is amazing. I do also foster so go there quite a bit. They have operated and looked after quite a few of my furbabies over the years and always been incredibly competent. THANK YOU!

Tierklinik Döbling generally provides competent veterinary care with a clean, professional environment. However, on this important occasion, the support felt lacking and less attentive than expected. Improvement in communication and empathy would greatly enhance patient trust.
