Tierarzt Anna Daum in Gengenbach

I was so desperate these past few weeks; my longtime vet wouldn't/couldn't help my old girl (15 years old and my soulmate). Her animal naturopath saved her life and recommended Ms. Daum. I called on Friday and already had an appointment for Monday. Ms. Daum is incredibly skilled, and I was and still am so grateful to her for her humanity, empathy, and expertise! I know that if anyone can help my girl, it's Ms. Daum. Thank you for being a veterinarian like you. THANK YOU!

We visited Anna Daum's vet clinic to get the mandatory deworming done for our dog and to have the Animal Health Certificate completed prior to returning to the UK. I don't usually write reviews for vets but Anna was so friendly and welcoming, and incredibly efficient and reasonable. She did a health check as part of our visit and made some recommendations that we will take back to our vet. Overall the clinic felt very clean and professional, all the staff were very friendly and I would recommend without hesitation.

Truly a very helpful vet, everyone was really helpful - receptionist, vet and English speaking colleague on the phone. We are on holiday and don't speak German and although they did not speak good English (but still much better than my German!) they worked really hard to get tapeworm med administered and our Animal Health Certificate filled in for rentry to the UK with our dog. They were kind with a scared dog and were happy to see us on the day we called (as we were driving through). It only cost 11.13 Euros which is very good value. Note that they don't take Visa, amex or Mastercard so ideally come with cash or a different card. Otherwise you will need to do a bank transfer. The practice is on a quiet street and looks a bit like a house, see reviews for a picture. There is a sign with a red V outside. We recommend this vet highly.

We got our dog 's AHC certificate. Efficient and explained all the necessary details. Also the vet picked up my dog ear infection which was immediately swabbed and medication prescribed. Happy dog and happy owner.

We visited this practice with our nervous rescue dog for his tape worm treatment to go back to the UK. He had an in-depth assessment, treatment provided and advice on his ear health. The vet (Dr Anastasia Z) who looked after us was brilliant, so calm and took the time to ensure our dog was relaxed and felt safe. The best vet experience we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend!
