We're originally from Karlsruhe and were visiting family when our dog had what looked like an epileptic seizure. We were called in as an emergency and seen immediately (it was just before closing time for the practice!). The initial consultation and empathy were wonderful. We highly recommend this practice.

After several changes, we finally found a veterinarian who takes us seriously. She does everything she can for my dog ​​to make her feel better.

Had our first appointment today. We were able to easily select a convenient time using the app. A consistently friendly team took great care of our anxious dog! The outdoor area adjacent to the practice was very relaxing. We were even seen before our scheduled appointment time! Completely satisfied! Thank you, we'll gladly come again :)

When our Lucky was in critical condition, the veterinarian did everything she could with incredible dedication, expertise, and heartfelt compassion to stabilize him so he could even make it to the hospital. We are incredibly grateful for that. Yesterday, they again acted incredibly quickly, empathetically, and professionally. You always feel taken seriously and in the best possible care here. A big thank you also to the assistants – they are all always friendly, warm, and helpful. Thank you so much for your amazing work, your compassion, and your dedication to the animals. We took our dog Finja to Dr. Bruneau's vet today. We had an emergency on Saturday evening and needed to go to the emergency clinic immediately. We got an appointment right away. Dr. Bruneau and her assistant were very friendly and competent, and they took plenty of time to explain everything to us. Our dog received excellent and compassionate care. A big thank you and much praise to this wonderful practice!
