I have known Dr. von Stern for several years from house calls to my shy cat. She is a competent, very empathetic, and friendly veterinarian. She always has an open ear for questions, her explanations are easy to understand, and you feel very well cared for. I gladly accept the extra cost of home treatment for this wonderful and kind veterinarian. It is simply much less stressful for both me and my pet. Her 24-hour availability is also fantastic.
