Very nice and, above all, competent veterinarians. The veterinarians take their time for both their patients and their owners. They explain everything without having to ask, which I've unfortunately experienced more often with other veterinarians. The entrance to the waiting area is wheelchair and disabled accessible. Parking spaces are hard to find. The only possible complaint is that there are too few chairs in the waiting area.
Dr. Edlinger saw us at very short notice (just before closing time!). He and his assistant were extremely friendly and reassured me about my dog. They treated us with respect. I can highly recommend them.
Both doctors speak English and they are really professional and nice. We've been there with my dog’s phobia for fireworks and months later with some diarrhea issues, both times they gave the perfect medicines and gave valuable advice. Also compared to other vets in Vienna they did not make a fuss about that my dog we usually go to Hungarian vets and he is registred to Hungary, for them the health and well-being of the pet is more important.
A truly outstanding veterinarian who treated my dog with such warmth and kindness, just like the entire team of Dr. Edlinger! 10 stars ❤🐾
