Competent and caring Team! The moment we entered the place, one of the team members joined us and we discussed the issues of our belowed cat; they have prepared the room and invited us inside and the doctor discussed the issues with us. We were worried for our four-pawed lady senior lady, but the competent team knew exactly how to handle our cat in the most caring and friendly way, so that she feels perfectly comfortable and not at all pressured; Dr. Henninger closely analyzed all organs and gave his knowledgeable opinion. Very relieving to know we did all our best to bring her to a team of professionals!

Very pleasant for both people and animals. With an appointment, there's hardly any waiting time (quiet waiting room with a coffee machine). You can stay with your pet during the examinations. Very gentle with the animals, and they explain a lot. ^_^
