Reviews
Since we adopted a dog they have become our vet. They are always nice and helpful. When we have questions or concerns they have always a good answer with highly professional imput and kwoledge. They are always interested in the wellbeing of out dog. We never have to make appointments or wait too long because they are also very efficent. 100% recommended!
They have been our vets since we adopted our dog. They take their time to examine your pet and answer all your questions. Our dog loves to go there! They are really professional and show their interest in your pet. Staff is really nice and helpful! I love that they have so various opening times so you can take your pet after work or even on weekends. Totally recommend!
The vet 1. Treated one of my cats for asthma. They claimed they can see a clear asthma phenotype on the x-ray. Which we later found out by another vet, he never had and the x-ray apparently did not show anything unusual. 2. For my other cat, they were suppose to remove a tumor and if time permits they would also remove one of his teeth. They at the end forgot to remove the tumor and when i reminded them, they quickly did a fine needle biopsy and later on tried to convince me that actually it was a good idea that they didn't remove it as it was anyhow a benign lipoma. Well we ended up going to a different vet due to a bad experience with both cats. The second cat we later found out has a fibrosarcoma, a highly malignant and aggressive tumor. The vets here are incompetent and if you love your pet, don't bring them here !!
Excellent care of my elderly dog. Dr. Barbara Ladenhauf is very empathetic to both my dog and myself. She is patient, calm and happy to give detailed information.
Very helpful and passionate about their job. Very professional, there was no situation when they couldn’t help or didn’t refer my dog and I to another hospital.
