No matter who you speak to on the phone or who you meet at the practice, we are always greeted in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. Our dog has already had two surgeries. The procedures went exceptionally well. Questions are answered thoroughly, and everything is explained very clearly. We feel very well cared for at the practice and highly recommend it.

The premises are very spacious and well-organized. Appointments are scheduled very efficiently. They are very considerate of the pet's individual needs. The advice and service are friendly and welcoming.

The veterinarians are incredibly kind, highly competent, and take plenty of time for both the animals and their owners – you feel truly valued and receive excellent advice. The veterinary assistants are also consistently friendly, empathetic, caring, and highly skilled in handling the animals. They, too, take their time, which instills a great sense of security. The excellent telephone accessibility and consistently friendly and helpful communication over the phone are also worth mentioning.
