Reviews
Sadly, our rabbit passed away today and was euthanized. He was repeatedly treated for rabbit snuffles at this veterinary practice. After two and a half weeks of antibiotics, numerous painkillers, and expectorants, his condition didn't improve. We found it strange and had long suspected his teeth were the problem. Eventually, he stopped eating and drinking. We switched veterinary practices and discovered it wasn't snuffles at all, but something wrong with his teeth. He was in pain and ultimately had to be euthanized. Treatment was no longer possible after such a long time. He suffered terribly. We are all human and make mistakes, but at this practice, the nasal discharge wasn't tested in a lab. It was a diagnosis based on appearance alone, and expensive treatment was administered for the wrong ailment. In total, we spent over €600 (including emergency care) and more. We will now avoid this practice and consult with qualified veterinarians. Rest in peace, Sir William
I just wanted to say thank you again for everything 😞 Of course, little Lilli's thanks too, we miss her so much 😢
We always feel very well cared for at the veterinary practice. The whole team there is excellent with animals. Our dog is very special, and they are incredibly considerate of him. Even our blind cat feels comfortable there, despite her difficult past. They always take plenty of time for her as well. They always cater to each animal's individual needs. We have rarely experienced such a competent team.
