We always feel very well looked after at the vet's office. The entire team there is great with animals. Our dog is very special, and they treat her with great consideration. Our blind cat also feels at home there, even though she hasn't had a good past. They always take plenty of time with her, too. Each animal is always treated with great care. I've rarely experienced or had such a competent team as they do.

I've been going to this practice for 15 years and always feel very well looked after. The assistants and veterinarians are all very nice. I have absolutely nothing negative to say in this regard. I've been to other veterinarians on a few occasions, but I've always returned to this practice because only here have I felt they know what they're doing and are passionate about their job. Unfortunately, some things have changed for the worse there in recent years. There have been several staff changes, especially among the veterinary team. I haven't seen Dr. Bittner herself in the practice for at least as long. Opening hours have also changed, as there are no longer any walk-in consultations; instead, everything is done by appointment only. Unlike before, the practice is no longer open on Saturdays. A spontaneous drop-in when your pet is feeling unwell is therefore virtually impossible, and as a working pet owner, this is less feasible during the week. But the thing that bothers me most is the fact that the practice has increased its prices incredibly and now charges for every little thing. I actually liked going to this practice because it was one of the cheapest in the area, yet they didn't skimp on quality and expertise. But when I saw on one of the last invoices that they even charged us 3 cents each for the cards for the follow-up appointment, and also included a cover for a vaccination record, which we already had in advance and didn't get there, I almost lost my faith. I don't have the impression that the practice is running so poorly that they feel the need to charge their patients for a 3-cent item. We went back with our dog afterward, but that will probably be our last visit to this practice. Because as well-cared for as I feel there and am perfectly willing to spend a little more money for my pet's health, I'm just as unwilling to have that money taken out of my pocket for little things like an appointment card.

Unfortunately, our rabbit passed away today and was put down. He was repeatedly treated for rabbit cold at this practice. After 2.5 weeks of antibiotics, numerous painkillers, and expectorants, he wasn't getting any better. It seemed strange to us, and we had long suspected his teeth. Ultimately, he wouldn't eat or drink. We changed veterinarians and discovered it wasn't a cold, but something to do with his teeth. He was in pain and ultimately had to be put down. Treatment was no longer possible after such a long time. He suffered immensely. We're all human and make mistakes, but this practice didn't test his nasal discharge in a lab. It was a straightforward diagnosis and costly treatment for the wrong condition. This cost a total of over €600 (including emergency treatment) or more. We're now staying away from this practice and going to see qualified doctors. Rest in peace Sir William
