We are currently taking two cats and a dog to this veterinary practice and are always very satisfied. The consultations are consistently clear, honest, and thorough. The veterinary team takes their time and treats both animals and owners with great sensitivity – even in difficult moments like the euthanasia of one of our cats. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I am very pleased with the clinic! The professional approach and friendly and competent staff! My cat almost died from complete inaction and indifference at the clinic in Neustadt. They kept us there for four hours and then sent us home without any help. He was vomiting blood and had a fever...it was simply horrific! Thank God we managed to contact competent and conscientious specialists! Without an appointment, they saw us in 15 minutes! He's still undergoing treatment, but he's significantly better! Thank you so much, we're truly grateful for our beloved little one! If you need help for your pets, this is the place to go!!!!

A veterinarian with a heart for animals. Our dog usually has a problem with strange men, but that wasn't an issue with these two doctors. He behaved completely normally, without any fear. Both veterinarians are very animal-focused and sensitive, and they discuss exactly what will happen next. We are extremely satisfied, especially with the spaying of our cats.
