A vet with a heart. You can see that he loves his work and that it's not just a job for him. Our beloved pets are in good hands with him, as are their owners. He's honest and compassionate. We live in Wiesbaden and always went to him whenever our dog had any problems, no matter how minor...right up until the end. There's no better vet. If we get another dog, he'll definitely be a part of my pet's life again.

Mr. Steinmetz's successors are incredibly competent and confident, and my two dogs feel very comfortable there. The veterinary assistants still do their work with passion. I highly recommend the entire team. They go above and beyond.

It's a shame that Dietmar Steinmetz has retired. We were with him for over 30 years and were always satisfied with him, but he deserved his retirement. Unfortunately, the two new veterinarians aren't all that great; we don't feel comfortable there anymore. One says one thing, the other something else, and when you call in the morning, the voicemail is always on. That wasn't the case with Dietmar, so I don't trust them anymore. With Dietmar, you could talk about anything, and he gave competent answers whenever we were there with our dog and other dogs. It's a shame.

I felt very well cared for by the vet. I think my dog ​​felt the same way. At the end, she even gave me a thoughtful little tip on how to combat the dandruff problem. Everyone has to start somewhere. Experience comes naturally. I think she's a good and empathetic vet.
