Reviews
The staff took such wonderful care of him. When we had to say goodbye to our old cat, they offered us compassion, space, and support the entire time. Such kind and remarkable people.
We were picked up very well with our puppy Ricky, and perhaps even 5 minutes early. The staff behaved very well towards us. I recommend them. 👍
Well... I went there because my dog was limping a bit, probably from our walk, and might have sprained something or something. (So I wanted to get it checked out, it could be something serious.) NOW TO THE POINT: The vet said: "Yes, we need an injection..." "Me: NO, the dog might have just sprained something briefly on our walk, but I don't need an injection for that! I don't want to pump the dog full of unnecessary medication." After I said no, that's excessive, the vet said it should be fine again in two weeks. (Well, why would you give my dog an injection if it's nothing serious and will be okay again in two weeks? Then I don't need to give him anything.) CONCLUSION: The vet was very friendly, but in my opinion, incompetent/not very experienced. (You can't say that an injection is needed and then in the second sentence say that if they don't want an injection, it should be fine again in two weeks.) The response to this review alone says it all: :-D Unprofessional, lacking in understanding, and I never claimed to be an expert, but giving an animal injections when it doesn't need them is neither sensible nor competent. And then to say that it will be fine without an injection in two weeks—I don't even apologize for that; it reeks of incompetence and profiteering. The mere fact that you have to justify yourself so strongly should show people that you're only welcome there once. You probably just wanted to rake in €80-100 for an unnecessary injection. :-D So, make up your own mind.
The staff is very competent, clearly cares for their furry patients, and is very communicative. I was very impressed with the care my cat received!
I brought my two cats here. The vet and the veterinary assistant were incredibly kind to my cats. I received great advice, and the examination was very thorough and truly affordable. I highly recommend this practice. The people who work here clearly love animals ❤️.
