A super nice dog groomer, she's very gentle with the dogs and really knows her stuff. A visit is definitely worthwhile, and the price is reasonable. We'll definitely be back and will spread the word about "Schicke Schnauze." We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Never again! My cat was hospitalized there for a day. She came home so distraught. I asked what medication she received, but they wouldn't tell me. They only asked what was for the pain, which wasn't a proper answer. First, they gave her five injections before they even got the blood test results. In the end, I had to let her go because she hadn't eaten, drunk, or used the litter box for days.

I brought my 11-year-old cat to the vet because she'd been having loose stools for about two months – otherwise, she's healthy and shows hardly any symptoms. Instead of investigating the cause (e.g., with a stool sample or blood work for a senior cat), they immediately resorted to drastic measures. What particularly annoyed me was: Lack of communication: The vet gave my cat two injections without asking me beforehand or explaining what he was injecting or how much it would cost. I was presented with a fait accompli. Overtreatment: Two different antibiotics (Trymox and Clavaseptin) were used immediately. In a mild, chronic case without fever or acute vomiting, the immediate use of antibiotics without a diagnosis is extremely questionable. Costs: In the end, I received a bill for over €100, without knowing the actual cause of my cat's problem. They simply treated the symptoms at great expense. I didn't feel well-advised; I felt more like I was just "brushed off." Anyone who values ​​transparency and a sound diagnosis, rather than simply receiving injections, should critically examine this practice. I will definitely seek further treatment from another doctor. On the positive side, an appointment was available quickly.
