Very friendly vet and caring with my dog. Excellent that staff are English speaking as well

For many years, we've taken our animals to the veterinary practice by the canal and couldn't be happier. Starting with our two cats, then my hamster, and now our dog – we and our pets have always felt we were in excellent hands there. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, competent, and takes their time with both animals and their owners. You receive honest advice, are treated with great empathy, and it's immediately clear that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Everything is going wonderfully with our dog, too, and we always leave with a good feeling. We simply want to say thank you for the long-standing, trustworthy care ❤️. I can only give this practice five stars. Always a friendly team and wonderful doctors. We've been clients for over 25 years and have always received excellent advice. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our pet today, and Dr. Wrobbel came immediately. Thank you again for all the years of excellent care.

I met Ms. Wrobbel through an emergency involving my elderly (heart-diseased) dog. She treated him with utmost competence, empathy, and love, and he soon recovered. She took her time and was also very kind and reassuring to his owner. That evening, she even checked in on Fritz again (I've never experienced anything like it before, it was absolutely wonderful). I can wholeheartedly recommend her! ❣️
