I'm so happy with the doctors and nurses here; the whole team is fantastic. I would never take my animals anywhere else. They've helped me and my pets so many times and always given me great advice. We came to the practice with our 17-year-old cat, Whisky, who had a nipple abscess. A very nice and friendly team greeted us. Whisky handled the necessary surgery and the associated (old-fashioned) anesthesia perfectly. Dr. Hartmann Sr. is simply wonderful, both professionally and personally. We searched for a long time for a practice where we felt so well cared for.

After another veterinary clinic advised us to euthanize our dog, we came to Dr. Hartmann for a second opinion. To cut a long story short, Dr. Hartmann ultimately determined that it was merely a minor issue. Over four years have passed since then, and we have only good things to say. Dr. Hartmann always took a lot of time, treated us calmly, explained everything clearly, and Nelly, our bloodhound, was always happy to see him. Over the years, Nelly has had several illnesses and even a major surgery. Thanks to the professionalism of Dr. Hartmann and the entire team, Nelly has always been able to receive help. Nelly's best care was always our top priority. Dr. Hartmann also accompanied us with great sensitivity on Nelly's final journey. For this, we would like to express our sincere gratitude!

A very competent team of doctors with no fear of fearful dogs. My dog ​​was treated so lovingly that he left the practice as meekly as a lamb and even let the assistant stroke and pamper him after the treatment. Neither of us has had such a positive veterinary experience before. I have to give special praise to Ms. Overhage; she's such a friendly woman who calms your nerves (🐶I found her wonderful, too). Thanks to Dr. Hartmann, our cat Kalle can still see with both eyes. After an accident on a Saturday morning, we stumbled upon her practice by chance. We couldn't have asked for a better solution in that situation. Dr. Hartmann's competence and expertise in ophthalmology not only removed the shard of glass from our cat's eye but also expertly stitched the deep cut in his eyeball. This allowed our cat to keep his eye and he is now in excellent health. I would also like to emphasize Dr. Hartmann's personal skill in dealing with terrified and panicked cat owners. She communicated clearly and calmly alleviated our panic. Dr. Hartmann was a lifesaver. Thank you for everything!
