We came to the practice with our 17-year-old cat, Whisky, who had a nipple abscess. A very nice and friendly team greeted us. Whisky handled the necessary surgery and the associated (old-fashioned) anesthesia perfectly. Dr. Hartmann Sr. is simply wonderful, both professionally and personally. We searched for a long time for a practice where we felt so well cared for.

I've been taking my dogs to the veterinary clinic for a very long time. Unfortunately, I had to let my Audrey go on Thursday. Dr. Hartmann was incredibly compassionate and supportive throughout this time, for which I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the entire team. Thank you for everything.
Our dog Willi was under the care of this practice for over four months before we sadly had to have him put down. Throughout this entire time, Dr. Hartmann, Dr. Hartmann's wife, and Mr. Warning always cared for him with the utmost diligence. We could tell that our pet's health was always more important than financial gain – for that, we are deeply grateful. From the very first day – from the emergency treatment to the regular check-ups and finally to saying goodbye – we were always warmly welcomed. The assistant team took plenty of time for us and patiently accompanied us for hours. Our son was often with us, and they always took the time to explain every treatment to him clearly. The discussions about the findings over the phone were also always thorough. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for Willi in the end, but the team arranged a very dignified and beautiful farewell on the lawn in front of the practice.
