We came here as an emergency case with my parents' family dog. Unfortunately, she had to be euthanized. Dr. Severin took so much time to explain the situation to us and informed and advised us with such sensitivity that we felt truly well cared for. The euthanasia itself was performed by Dr. Wagner, and here too we felt in excellent hands. It was respectful and compassionate, which definitely made this difficult decision more bearable. Overall, we had the feeling that the animal's well-being, not money, was the priority, and that advice was always given in the animal's best interest. This convinced me so much that I now also take our dog to the practice. Here too, Dr. Wagner is always very attentive to the animal. The entire team always puts in a lot of effort with the animals, and we feel very well cared for.

I am deeply grateful to this veterinary practice. My cat was in such a state that I had already lost her inside. I cried for her and was terrified I would never see her again. But this wonderful team never gave up. With incredible love, patience, care, and dedication, they did everything they could to help my cat. They spared no effort and did everything possible to make her feel better. My cat isn't out of the woods yet, but thanks to this amazing veterinary practice, she has a chance and will be lovingly supported on her journey, no matter the outcome. You can feel in every moment that these people practice their profession with heart and genuine dedication. Being supported not only medically but also emotionally during such a difficult time means the world to me. Thank you so much for your tireless efforts, your patience, and your warmth. We are truly grateful. 🐾

Highly recommended. I haven't felt so well cared for, advised, and treated by a veterinarian in a long time as I did at this practice. Unfortunately, we probably switched our cat there far too late, but even the last time was reasonably good.

A very friendly welcome, good organization, and competent, reliable advice, as far as I can tell. A genuine interest in the animals, enjoyment of the work – both the owner and the dog felt comfortable!
